Terms of use & Refund Policy

1. Services Offered

I provide a diverse array of creative services, including but not limited to:
  • Graphic Design: Social media graphics, branding materials, promotional visuals.
  • Logo Design: Unique and memorable brand identities.
  • Music Production: Custom music, beats, sound design, single song production, and album production packages (including demo songs with AI vocals, stem files, instrumental versions, and release-ready songs with your vocals, mixed and mastered) .
  • Art: Various forms of digital or traditional art.
  • Video Production: Editing, motion graphics, and other video-related services.
  • And other creative projects as agreed upon.
2. Project Process & Communication

  • Briefing: All projects begin with a clear brief from the client, outlining requirements, vision, and any provided references or ideas.
  • Communication: I commit to clear and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle. Clients are expected to respond to queries and provide feedback promptly to avoid delays.
  • Revisions: Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions (typically 1-2 rounds, depending on the project's complexity and initial agreement) to ensure satisfaction. Extensive revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
  • Timelines: Estimated project timelines will be provided upon agreement. Delays caused by late client feedback or changes to the original brief may extend the delivery date.
3. Payment

  • All payments for commissions are processed securely through the Ko-fi platform or other agreed-upon methods.
  • Full payment is required upfront before any work commences on a commissioned project. This ensures commitment from both parties and allows for the immediate allocation of resources.
  • Tips sent via Ko-fi are considered voluntary contributions and are non-refundable.
4. Refund Policy

Due to the custom and creative nature of the services provided, and the immediate allocation of time and resources upon commencement of a project, all payments are non-refundable once work on the project has officially begun. 

This includes, but is not limited to, initial concept development, research, drafting, or any creative work initiated after the payment has been received and the project brief confirmed. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review project details and ask any questions before approving the start of work. In the unlikely event that I am unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances on my end, a full refund will be issued for any work not yet started or completed.
5. Delivery & Usage Rights

  • Delivery: Final project files will be delivered digitally in agreed-upon formats (e.g., .wav for music, .png/.jpeg for graphics).
  • Intellectual Property: For music production packages, full commercial rights are granted to the client – you own your music! . For other services like graphic design and logo design, usage rights will be discussed and agreed upon before the project begins, typically granting the client full commercial rights for the final approved design. I reserve the right to display completed projects in my portfolio for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:
  • Providing clear, detailed, and timely project briefs and feedback.
  • Ensuring all provided reference materials are free from copyright restrictions or that appropriate permissions have been obtained.
  • Reviewing deliverables promptly and communicating any required revisions within the agreed timeframe.
7. Disclaimer

While I strive for excellence in every project, I cannot be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use the delivered services.
